Note: Drips, SMS, and Blasts/Newsletters are three separate types of communication in DripJobs, and each has its own opt-out toggle.

  • Drips are automated messages (both email and text) tied to the specific stage a customer is currently in within your pipeline (for example, when a deal moves to "Proposal Sent" or "Job Scheduled"). These go out automatically based on that stage.

  • SMS refers specifically to text messages sent through DripJobs that aren't tied to a pipeline stage — this includes things like appointment scheduling or rescheduling, change order notifications, payment receipts, payment requests, and any texts sent manually by your team.

  • Blasts/Newsletters are one-time or recurring email campaigns sent to a broader list of contacts, separate from both Drips and SMS.
