1. Click the menu dropdown at the top left of your screen
2. Click on Appointments
3. Choose the appointment you want to book and click the green calendar icon to the left of it
4. Take note of the appointment details at the bottom of the appointment request
5. Choose a date based on the customer's preferences and your availability
6. Choose a time based on the customer's preferences and your availability
7. Choose the Salesperson to assign the appointment to
8. Choose Schedule at the bottom right of the screen
Note: After scheduling the appointment, the customer will receive an automated message as they move into the Estimate Scheduled stage in the Sales Pipeline.
