If using a Mac, you need to allow Zoom access to screen recording to share your screen. You can do this in your System Preferences. Select the Security & Privacy option, click the Privacy tab, scroll down to Screen Recording, and finally, check the option for Zoom.us
1. Join or start a Zoom meeting.
2. In Your Meeting, You’ll See a Selection of Meeting Controls, Including the Ability to Mute Your Voice, Start and Stop Video, and More. Select the Green Share Screen Icon.
3. Choose the Screen You Want to Share. Click the Screen on Your Computer That You Want to Share.
