1. Click on Your Name at the Top Right of Your Account
You must be on a desktop, laptop, or iPad to do this. If you are unable to access this, please reach out to support, and we will cancel your account for you.
2. Click on 'Manage Billing'
3. Click on 'Continue'
4. Type in Your Account Email Address
5. You Will Be Sent a ‘One-Time’ Login Password to the Associated Email
6. Click on 'Login'
7. Click on Your Plan and Hit 'Cancel' on the Next Page
