Important: First, ensure your time zones match in DripJobs and your Google Calendar.

1. Go to the Appointments Calendar, Scroll Down, and Find the Google Calendar “Connect” Button

Go to the Appointments Calendar, scroll down and find the Google Calendar "connect" button

2. You’ll Be Prompted to Choose a Calendar; Select the Calendar You Wish to Sync With Your DripJobs Account

You'll be prompted to choose a calendar, select the calendar you wish to sync with your DripJobs account

3. Click "Allow"

Click "Allow"

4. Choose the Google Calendar You Wish to Sync and Click 'Link'

You can only choose one calendar; typically, it's the first one at the top of the list. If you don't see your calendar options, hit the "refresh" button.

Choose the Google Calendar you wish to sync

5. To See the Sync, Head back to 'Appointments'

To see the sync, head back to Appointments

6. Google Events Show up in Gray

7. You Can Open a Google Event to See the Details

You can open a Google Event to see the details

Congrats! Your Google Calendar is now synced with DripJobs

Important:

1. Only future DripJobs events will appear in your Google Calendar from the time you sync.

2. As of right now, DripJobs will NOT sync recurring Google events into DripJobs from your Google Calendar account - we plan to allow this sometime in the near future.

3. "All Day" Google Events will not sync into DripJobs. If you would like them to, add a time parameter to it (ex: 8 AM-8 PM)

4. SUPER IMPORTANT: Changes to DripJobs events inside of your Google Calendar will NOT reflect back into DripJobs. The best practice is to edit any DripJobs events INSIDE of DripJobs first; then, they will change in Google Calendar

Remember, the integration is in BETA; you may receive a warning message when connecting, like the one below. If you see this, click the "Advanced" link:

Once there, click the "Go to Nylas (unsafe)" link: (Yes, it's safe)

From here, proceed to connect your Google Account.

If you think things didn't connect properly, you can disconnect and re-connect by going to "My Profile" at the top right of your account:

Once there, scroll to the bottom, and hit "Disconnect Google Calendar" and hit "Save"

We hope you're as excited about this integration as we are! Please share any troubleshooting issues using the DripJobs help desk icon.

Thank you!
