1. Use the DripJobs search function to locate the customer.
You can type in the customer's first or last name, email, or phone number to find them.
2. Find the customer's name in the dropdown and click it to open the Deal Command Center.
It should show the deal as Cancelled beside their name as well.
3. In the Deal Command Center click 'Re-open' at the bottom right.
4. The deal will move back to where it was in the Sales Pipeline. Click the customer's name to open the Deal Command Center.
5. Click 'Edit Deal Details' on the bottom right to ensure all details are still correct.
6. Change the deal status and Sales Pipeline stage if needed.
7. Click on Save at the bottom right to register the changes.
