How To Accept ACH Payments in DripJobs through Stripe

This will allow your DripJobs customers to pay their invoices with a bank transfer (ACH).

After setting up Stripe itself to accept ACH payments, they can be enabled from Company Settings, per Proposal, and per Invoice. The customer portal will also be updated.

Setting Up Stripe to Accept ACH Payments

1. Navigate to your Stripe Dashboard


2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Payment methods under Payments

4. Click on ACH Direct Debit…

5. Click on Turn on

Enabling ACH Payments in DripJobs

​1. Click on Company Settings

2. Click on Payments

Click on Payments

3. Toggle Bank Account (ACH) Payments to Enabled

Note: A convenience fee can be added, as well as a Max ACH fee. Stripe charges 0.8% per ACH transaction, but has a Max ACH fee of $5.

You can now enable ACH payments in DripJobs


Enabling ACH Fees on Proposals for Deposits

1. Navigate to the Proposal

2. Toggle on Accept Deposit Via ACH under Settings in the Proposal

Note: You can choose to Waive ACH Processing Fee per Proposal as well.

3. A notification pop-up will confirm that ACH was enabled

Enabling ACH Fees on Invoices

1. Navigate to the Invoice

2. Click Settings on the Invoice

3. Toggle On Allow Bank (ACH) Payment

Note: You can also choose to Waive ACH Convenience Fee here.

ACH Payment Customer Portal

1. The customer will now be able to choose Pay with Bank Account on their Invoices and Proposals

2. The customer will be redirected to the Stripe checkout page to add their details
