1. Click on Job Schedule
2. Click on the appointment you want to reschedule
3. Click on Edit Event Details
4. Choose the new Start Date and End Date of the job.
5. Choose to send communication by toggling the buttons by Send Email and/or Send SMS.
6. Customize the SMS message and/or email that will be sent to the customer.
Note: This would be a great place to give a reason for the change (i.e. due to rain).
7. Click on Save once finished.
The calendar will then be updated and the corresponding messages will be sent to the customer.
