This workflow will show you the easiest way to re-schedule a job & notify your customer of the new job details

1. Go to your DripJobs Job-Schedule

Click on the job you want to re-schedule

2. Click on Edit Event Details

Click on Edit Event Details

3. Choose the new "Start Date"

Choose the new "Start Date"

4. Choose the new "End Date"

Choose the new "End Date"

5. Before saving, optionally choose to send a "SMS" or "Email" notification

6. You can edit the text message that gets sent to the customer

This is a great place to put the reason for the change

7. Once you're done, click "Save"

This will update the calendar, and send the corresponding messages if applicable
