How to Re-Schedule a Job & Automatically Notify Your Customer in Dripjobs?

This workflow will show you the easiest way to re-schedule a job & notify your customer of the new job details.

1. Click on 'Job Schedule'

Click on Job Schedule

2. Click on the Appointment You Want to Reschedule

Click on the appointment you want to reschedule

3. Click on 'Edit Event Details'

Click on Edit Event Details

4. Choose the New Start Date and End Date of the Job

Choose the new Start Date and End Date of the job.

5. Choose to Send Communication by Toggling the Buttons Next to 'Send Email' And/or 'Send SMS'

Choose to send communication by toggling the buttons by Send Email and/or Send SMS.

6. Customize the SMS Message And/or Email That Will Be Sent to the Customer

Note: This would be a great place to give a reason for the change (i.e. due to rain).

Customize the SMS message and/or email that will be sent to the customer.

7. Click on 'Save' Once Finished

The calendar will then be updated and the corresponding messages will be sent to the customer.

Click on Save once finished.
