Important:
This automation works when a customer is moved to the Project Complete stage in DripJobs.
1. Login to your Dope360 Account
Visit Dope360.com
2. At the top right of your account, click the "person" icon
3. Click on "More"
4. Click on "Create a Token"
This is your "Access Token"
5. Rename the token to identify it with your business
6. Once finished, click "Create"
7. Copy your new API token
8. Go to your DripJobs account, Click on "Company Settings"
9. Click on "Integrations"
10. Paste your access token under the DOPE 360 integration
11. Return to DOPE 360 and click on "Automations"
12. Click on "New Automation"
Now, we're going to build out our Direct Mail Postcard
13. Select a Template
You can upload or create your own template in Dope360 Settings
14. Approve Template
15. Configure Your Automation Details
16. Choose Automation Type
In this example, I'm telling DOPE 360 to send 50 postcards to the nearest neighbors of my customer
17. Name Your Automation
This will ensure it's easy to reference when reviewing your activity
18. Under "Setting Up The Automation" change it to "Other"
19. Copy The Automation Webhook Link
This is what DripJobs will use to send the information to Dr
20. Paste your DOPE360 Webhook in your DripJobs Settings under "Webhook URL"
21. Click on "Save"
