NOTE: You must have a PRO Zapier Account to complete this automation.
1. Visit Zapier.com and create a new Zap. For the trigger, search for "Webhook"
2. Click on Webhooks by Zapier…
3. Click on Event…
4. Select "Catch Hook", hit "Continue"
5. This will generate a URL, hit "COPY"
6. Login to Networx. Go to "Integration" and find the Zapier integration settings
7. Click on "All" from Product
8. Paste your URL from Zapier into the "Endpoint URL" box
9. Type DripJobs for your Campaign Code and hit "Add"
10. Click on "Save Changes"
11. Click on "Settings"
12. Click on "Users"
13. Click on "Send Test Lead"
14. Return to Zapier, and hit "Test Trigger"
15. Your test lead should populate here
It takes a few minutes, you may have to hit "Test Trigger" a few times
16. For the action, Search for the DripJobs Zapier integration
17. Choose Event "Create Lead"
This will send the Networx Lead directly to DripJobs
18. Sign into your DripJobs account.
To find your unique Zapier Key, visit "Company Settings - Integrations - Zapier" in DripJobs.
19. For Lead Source, Type in "Networx"
This will now show in DripJobs to help you identify where the lead came from
20. Begin "mapping" the values from the Test Lead.
21. Once you're done mapping, you can "Skip Test" or "Send Test"
This will send the lead directly to DripJobs automatically each time a new Networx Lead comes through. The contact will be created and a deal will be created in the "Cold Leads" stage of your Sales Pipeline
