How to schedule multiple appointments and create multiple jobs for a single contact with different locations

This help article is designed to help you if you work for the same contact over and over, and have multiple job locations that you need to create proposals and invoices for. Having them separated in the pipeline makes it easy to keep track of when you're scheduling and visualizing the progress in the Jobs Pipeline.

1. Click on Contacts

For a contact that you will be doing multiple appointments and jobs for, you're going to want to add them in as a contact first.

Click on Contacts

2. Click on Add New Contact

3. Type in the Contact's information

First name, last name, email, and phone number if applicable

Type in the Contact's information

4. Under "Billing Address" type in the company or contact's business location

This is not where the job is located

5. Click on Save

6. If you're scheduling in a new appointment, click on "New Appt"

7. Click on On-Site Estimate

8. Click on New Contact

9. Search for the contact we just created

This will pre-populate the information we need for this customer

10. Once the customer is selected, put in the job-specific address under "Appointment Address"

11. Click on Save

12. Once the appointment is created, a new "Deal" will show up in the pipeline with the street address as the deal name to help you easily identify it

You can change this by opening the deal, and tapping "Edit Deal Details" then, change the Deal Display Name

13. Now, let's create another appointment for the same customer, but with a different job address

14. Click on On-Site Estimate

15. Find the same customer under the dropdown search bar

16. This time, type a new address in the Appointment Address field

17. Once saved, you will now see the second Deal in the Estimate Scheduled deal stage with the second job address
