1. On the Sales Pipeline, click "List"
You can access this feature on the Jobs List as well
2. Filter your deals by stage
3. Use the Deal Stage Date to sort the most recent deals in that stage
This is optional
4. Select all from the list
You can sort the list to show in increments of 5
5. To de-select someone from receiving the email blast message, un-check the box next to their name
6. Click on Bulk Actions
7. Click on Send Message
8. If you want to generate a message using AI, click on AI Email Builder
9. If you would like an email format to be generated, select email in the prompt creator
10. Once you're finished creating your prompt, hit Generate
11. Click "Copy To Blast"
12. Review your message and message recipients. Once approved, hit Send
Note: If you use the AI builder, it's very important to double-check your message to ensure the keywords are valid and that the context of the message is in alignment with your send goals.
