If you have previously applied for an A2P Registration, and you see the following message:

This happens because the Twilio Review Team did an audit on your website and found that your "opt-in" form did not contain "opt-in" language.

If you have a website for your business and are not using the DripJobs form as your contact form, you must enter the following text below your "submit" button:

By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages and/or emails from our business. These messages may include project-related updates, appointment reminders, and other important project-related information. You understand that standard text messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving these messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or contacting us directly.

Once you've added this, you can re-submit your application for approval.

If you are using the DripJobs appointment request form for your website, like this example, it already contains this information.
