1. Click on 'Contacts'
2. Check 'Show Archived Contacts'
3. Click on 'Filter'
4. Click on the Customer's Name
5. Click on 'Un-archive Customer'
6. The Customer Will Now Be Un-Archived
7. The Customer Will Now Be In the Contact List!
