How to Import Contacts

This article will show you how to import a contact list, as well how to split one name column into First Name and Last Name columns.

Note: Skip to here if you need help splitting the name column into First and Last.

1. Click on Contacts

Click on Contacts

2. Click on Import

Click on Import

3. Click on Select file

Note: The file needs to be .csv or .xlsx type

Click on Select file

4. Click on Continue

Click on Continue

5. Click on Import Record(s)

Click on Import Record(s)

6. Click on Submit

Click on Submit


How to Separate First Name & Last Name In Spreadsheet

Use the steps below if you only have a single name column in the file you uploaded.

Our importing requires you have separate First Name and Last Name column (see below).

1. In the spreadsheet, choose the Column that needs to be separated

Note: This was done by uploading the .csv into Google Sheets

2. Click on Data

3. Click on Split text to columns

4. Click on Space as your Separator

5. The columns will now be split into two. Download the file again.
