3. Download the CSV Template and Plug-In Your Contacts

4. Once Finished, Click 'Select CSV' and Choose Your CSV File

Click on Select CSV

5. Once Your File is Uploaded, Click on 'Next'

Select "ContactsTemplate (4).csv" from file upload menu

6. The System Will Tell You How Many Contacts Can be imported and Which Contacts Have Issues

If the system identifies issues, check for missing required fields, incorrect phone number lengths, and blank or invalid ZIP/postal codes. Use placeholders for missing emails and ensure phone numbers have 10–15 digits.

8. Your Contacts Will Now Be Successfully Uploaded!

Troubleshooting Common Import Issues

  • Exceeding Contact Count: Files exceeding 1,000 contacts need to be split into smaller files.

  • Missing or Invalid Fields: Ensure no key data is missing, and provide placeholders for incomplete data like email addresses.

  • Field Formatting Issues: Correct phone numbers and ensure ZIP/postal codes are valid.

  • Template Alterations: Avoid changing the structure or column names of the CSV template.
