This article will explain the difference in permissions for Admin, Salesperson, and Project Manager account types.

Administrator Account Access

An administrator will have access to every deal, Company Settings, and all options under the Management section of the DripJobs Account.

Salesperson and Project Manager Account Access

Salespeople and Project Managers will only have access to deals and appointments or jobs they are assigned to. They cannot access Company Settings, the Management portion of the account, or schedule appointments/jobs.

Note: If a Salesperson or Project Manager attempt to access Company Settings, they will see the screen below:

Assigning Deals to Salespeople and Project Managers

1. Open up the Deal you Want to Assign and Click 'Edit Deal Details'

Open up the Deal you want to assign and choose Edit Deal Details

2. Choose the Salesperson and/or Project Manager

Choose the Salesperson and/or Project Manager

3. Click 'Save' to Register the Changes

Note: The deal will now show up in the Sales and/or Jobs Pipelines for the assigned users.

Assigning Appointments to Salespeople

1. Click on the Appointment you Need to Schedule

2. Choose the Salesperson to Assign to the Appointment

3. Click on 'Schedule'

Assigning Jobs to Project Managers

1. Click on Job you Need to Schedule

2. Select a Project Manager to Assign to the Job
