1. Open the Deal by clicking on the name
2. Click on New Proposal
3. Select your Template from the dropdown menu
For this example we're using the template we build in this article.
4. Click on the Area you would like to edit
If adjustments aren't needed, you can skip this step.
5. Click on Edit Area Item
6. Make any needed adjustments to the Area Details.
7. Click on Next
8. Check/Uncheck Categories
9. Click on Next
10. Make any needed adjustments to Substrates
11. Click on Next
12. Review
13. Click on Submit
14. Review updated totals
15. Click on Payments
16. Click on Deposit
Note: If you don't need to change preset deposit, skip this step.
In this example, we are going to adjust the 50% deposit down to 25%.
17. Use the Type dropdown to select either Fixed Amount or Percent.

19. Adjust the Waive Convenience Fee toggle
If you are using Stripe for online payments, you can toggle this OFF to pass the fee to your customer. OR you can leave it ON (as is in the picture) to waive the fee.
If you do not accept online payments, toggle this OFF.
20. Click on Save
21. Review updated payments information
22. Make any other adjustments by clicking on the headers
Example: Add attachments, notes, video, and make changes to the Production Rates defaults for this proposal only.
