You can view all communication activity in the Activity tab under Management.
1. Click on 'Activity'
2. All Communication Activity Will be Shown Here
Note: This is sorted by most recent activity first.
3. You Can Search for a Specific Customer Here
4. You Can Also Filter by Communication Type
Activity Under the Customer's Contact Information
You can view all activity for a specific customer under their Contact information.
1. Click on 'Contacts'
2. Click on the Customer's Contact Name
3. Click on 'Email Communication' or 'Text Communication' to View the Previous Communication You've Had With Them
