Activity Tab
You can view all communication activity in the Activity tab under Management.
1. Click on Activity
2. All communication activity will be shown here
Note: This is sorted by most recent activity first.
3. You can search for a specific customer here
4. You can also filter by communication type
Activity Under the Customer's Contact Information
You can view all activity for a specific customer under their Contact information.
1. Click on Contacts
2. Click on the customer's Contact
3. Click on Email or Text Communication to view
