How to Navigate the Jobs Pipeline

This article will explain how to navigate the stages within the jobs pipeline.

1. Project Accepted

Once a proposal has been accepted, the deal card will move automatically to this stage in the jobs pipeline and an invoice will be created.

2. Project Scheduled

Once the newly accepted project has been scheduled via the jobs schedule page, the deal card will automatically move to the project scheduled stage.

3. The day before the job is to start, manually click & drag the deal

card from the project scheduled stage into the project in progress stage.

The notification below will pop up. Click the move button to complete the action and trigger the automatic Drip, letting the customer know their job is starting tomorrow.

Tip: If you forget to do this on the day before, still move the deal card on the day of the job, but switch the Drips Disabled toggle to "Yes." This way your customer is not confused by the Drip notification.

The day before the job is to start, manually click & drag the deal card from the project scheduled stage into the project in progress stage.

4. Project In Progress

The deal card will move to the project in progress stage.

5. Once the job is complete, click & drag the card from project in

progress to progress complete.

The notification below will pop up. Click the move button to complete the action and trigger the automatic Drip for review request.

Tip: If you would rather not send the customer the review link, switch the Drips Disabled toggle to "Yes."

Once the job is complete, click & drag the card from project in progress to progress complete.

6. Project Complete

The deal card will move from project in progress to project complete.
