What Are Drips?

Drips are the automatic communication, including emails and texts, that DripJobs sends on your behalf. They are set to go out only between 8:00am-8:00pm local time. When you sign up, every deal stage in the Sales & Jobs Pipelines have Drips already pre-loaded -- these live in the Drips section under Management in your account.

How to Edit Drips

All aspects of Drips can be edited including the name, when the Drip is to be sent, the type of Drip (Email, SMS, or Both), and the contents.

5. You can choose Keywords to use in your Drips

Note: These are smart tags that will pull in information per Deal. For example, if Bob is the first name of the customer, {first name} will autofill Bob.

6. You can make a Drip inactive by toggling off the Active button.

Note: This will make it so the Drip is not sent out, but will save it for later if you'd like to turn it back on.
