Archiving Proposals and Contacts

This article will show how to archive Proposals and Contacts, and where to find them if you need to access them afterwards.

You can archive Proposals and Contacts in DripJobs. You can find archived Proposals under the customer's Contact and Re-Open them if needed. You can also find archived Contacts.

Archiving Proposals

1. Navigate to the Proposal that needs to be Archived

2. Click on Archive

Click on Archive

3. A confirmation will appear that the Proposal has been cancelled & archived.

Finding & Re-Opening Archived Proposals

1. Click on Contacts

Click on Contacts

2. Click on the Contact with the Archived Proposal

Click on the Contact with the Archived Proposal

3. Click on Proposals / Jobs

Click on Proposals / Jobs

4. Archived Proposals will show up as Cancelled

Re-Opening Archived Proposals / Jobs

1. Click on the Proposal / Job that needs to be re-opened under the customer's Contact

Click on the Proposal / Job that needs to be re-opened

9. Click on Re-open

Note: The Proposal / Job will be put in the stage it was in before it was archived.

Archiving Contacts

1. Click on Contacts

Click on Contacts

2. Click on the Contact that needs to be Archived

Click on the Contact that needs to be Archived

3. Click on Archive Contact

Click on Archive Contact

4. You can enter a reason for Archiving the customer

5. Click on Archive

Finding & Un-Archiving Customers

1. Click on Contacts

Click on Contacts

2. Check Show Archived Contacts

3. Click on Filter

4. Archived Contacts will be displayed

5. Click on the contact that needs to be Un-Archived

Click on the contact that needs to be Un-Archived

6. Click on Un-archive Customer
