1. Customer complete the Estimate Request Form
A Deal Card is automatically created in the Estimate Requested stage of the sales pipeline.
2. Click on Appointments
To schedule estimate requests, you should always go to the Appointments page.
3. Click on the (green) Request Card
4. Schedule the Appointment
The requested information (from the booking form) will be listed below under Appointment Details. In this example, the customer has requested 11/27 as their preferred date and morning as the preferred time of day.
5. Click on Schedule
6. The (green) Request Card goes away & the Appointment is now on the Calendar.
7. On the Sales Pipeline, the Deal Card moves automatically to the Estimate Scheduled stage.

Click on Appointments
9. Click on the Calendar Item
10. Click on the Edit (Pencil) Icon
11. Make any needed adjustments
12. Toggle Send Email/ Send SMS to indicate how you'd like the customer to be notified.
13. Click on Save
