This article will show you how to schedule an appointment.

1. Once someone has completed the Estimate Request Form, a Deal Card is created under Estimate Requested in the Sales Pipeline

2. To schedule that estimate, click on Appointments

3. Click on the (green) Request Tag

4. Complete scheduling form, based on the information provided under Appointment Details

The details info is pulled directly from the estimate request form.

5. Click on Schedule

6. The (green) request tag will go away & the new appointment will now be on the Appointments calendar

7. On the Sales Pipeline, the Deal Card will move automatically to the Estimate Scheduled stage

8. Click on New Appt. then select On-Site Estimate

9. Complete the scheduling info

10. Click on Save

A Deal Card will be created under the Sales Pipeline stage Estimate Scheduled & will automatically appear on the Appointments Calendar.

Click on Save
