How to Manage Multiple Deals Under the Same Contact

This article will show you how to set up multiple deals under the same contact.

1. Click on New Appt.

For this example we'll start both Deals manually. In some cases the initial Deal may come as an Estimate Request from the client.

Click on New Appt.


2. Click on On-Site Estimate

Click on On-Site Estimate


3. Complete the New On-Site Estimate Form

In this example we will be creating (2) deals for Tommy Callahan of Callahan Auto Parts.
The first deal will be for their Sandusky, OH location - Exterior Painting.

Complete the New On-Site Estimate Form


4. Click on Save

Click on Save


5. Next, we want to change the name of the Deal. To do this click on Deal Name

6. Click on Edit Deal Details

7. Edit the Deal Name

Here, we'll call it Callahan Auto (Sandusky)

Edit the Deal Name


8. Click on Save

Click on Save


9. The Deal Name is now "Callahan Auto (Sandusky)" on our Sales Pipeline

10. Click on New Appt.

Now, we will create our second deal for Callahan Auto (Chicago.)

Click on New Appt.


11. Click on On-Site Estimate

12. Complete the New On-Site Estimate Form

This time, for the Chicago location.

13. Click on Save

Click on Save


14. Click on the Deal Name

Click on the Deal Name


15. Click on Edit Deal Details

Click on Edit Deal Details


16. Edit the Deal Name

This time, we'll call it Callahan Auto (Chicago.)

Edit the Deal Name


17. Click on Save

Click on Save


18. You now have (2) Deals for Tommy Callahan's company Callahan Auto
