Adding and Editing Sequences of Drips

You can edit the Sequence that a Deal is assigned to, add a new one, and add the Drips want according to your needs.

1. Click on Drips

2. Click on the Stage you would like to edit Drips for

Click on the Drip you would like to edit

3. You will see the Default Sequence set up

4. Click on Add New Sequence

5. Fill out the information requested

6. Check Default Sequence if you would like to select the new sequence as default

Be sure to uncheck Default Sequence for the other Sequence that was default previously or it could cause overlap.

7. Click on Save

8. Click on the Stage you are editing Drips for

Click on  PROPOSAL(S) SENT

9. Click on Add New Drip

10. Fill out the information requested

12. Click on the Stage you are editing Drips for

13. You will see the New Sequence

To add your New Sequence to the Deal...

When changing the Sequence, keep in mind only Drips set for AFTER the amount of time the Deal has been in a certain stage will go out. For example, if you change Sequences 5 days after the Deal has been in the stage, a Drip meant for day 1 will not trigger -- only Drips after day 5.

16. Click on the name

17. Click on Current Sequence

Click on Passive Proposal Follow Up

18. Click on the New Sequence

Click on the New Sequence

19. Click on Save
