The "Salespeople" filter can only be used by the person with the administrator account, if a person with the "Salesperson" login enters, he/she will not have the option to filter it.
1. Click on Sales Pipeline
2. You will see all your Deals
3. At the top you will see this box
By default is filtered by "All Salespeople"
4. Click on it
You can filter by the Salesperson's name
5. Click on the name you would like to see
6. Now your Sales Pipeline page will be filtered under your salesperson's name
