1️⃣ How to Start a New Deal (in Warm Leads) for an Existing Contact


1. Click on New Lead

Click on New Lead


2. Click on New Contact

Click on New Contact


3. Search for Contact Name

Search for Contact Name


4. Click on Contact Name

Click on Contact Name


5. Click on Stage

Click on Stage


6. Select Warm Leads from the dropdown list

Complete the form...

Select Warm Leads from the dropdown list


7. Click on Start at the bottom right

8. Your New Deal Card will now be under Warm Leads

2️⃣ How to Create a New Appt. Deal Card for an Existing Contact


1. Click on New Appt.

2. Click on On-Site Estimate

3. Enter Schedule info

4. Click on New Contact

5. Search for Contact

6. Select Contact

7. Complete the Form

9. Your new Deal Card will no be under Estimate Scheduled

1. Click on New Proposal

2. Select a Proposal Template or start from Blank

3. Search for Contact

5. Update the Deal Name (optional)
