See below for how to add attachments to the customer's contact information that can only be seen internally.

1. Click on Contacts

Click on Contacts

2. Select a Customer

Select a Customer

3. Click on Attachments

Click on Attachments (0)

4. Either Click on "Browse Files" to upload an attachment from your computer or simply Drag & Drop Files.

Once the file is uploaded it will be available for you to view, but will not be seen by the customer.
