Utilizing the Color Chart Feature in a Proposal

Add color sheens, color names, and color codes to proposals using the Production Rates feature and see where it shows up on the work order.

1. While in a Proposal, Scroll to the Bottom of the Page and Click on 'Color Chart'

While in a Proposal, scroll to the bottom of the page and Click on Color Char

2. Select the Sheen Dropdown and Choose the Desired Sheen

Select the sheen dropdown and choose the desired sheen

3. Select the Color Field and Type the Name of the Color That You Plan to Use for That Substrate

Select the Color field and type the name of the color that you plan to use for that substrate.

4. Select the Color ID Field

Select the Color Id Field

5. Type the Color ID for the Color That You Entered in the Previous “Color” Field

Type the Color Id for the color that you entered in the previous "Color" field.

6. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save

7. Next, View the Color Chart Information by Scrolling to the Top of the Page


8. Click on the Work Order Dropdown

Click on the Work Order dropdown

9. Click on 'View'

Click on View

10. See Where the Color Chart Information Has Populated Automatically on the Work Order Attached to the Appropriate Substrate:
