π¬Reviewing and Editing Drips...
Client communication in DripJobs begins with a thorough overview of the automatic communication that will go out to your clients.
1. Click on Drips
2. This is where all your automated Drip messages live.
You can review and edit as well as activate and deactivate your Drips here.
3. Open up a Deal Stage to see the Drips that a customer in that stage will receive.
4. Click on a Drip to view and edit it.
5. You can edit the SMS text message here
6. You can edit the email that is sent here.
7. You can activate and deactivate a Drip by using the Active toggle.
8. Remember to always click Save before closing the window.
π¬ Reviewing and Editing other message Templates...
Another place that client communication can be found is in the Templates section of your Company Settings. This is the next place you want to review, edit, and dial in the messaging that your clients will receive.
9. Click on Company Settings
10. Click on Templates
11. Select the "Choose a Template" dropdown to access your communication templates.
12. Here are all the client communications that can be customized to suit your business.
13. Edit the content of the template that you have selected here.
14. Click on Save
π¬ Monitoring Client Communication...
15. Click on Contacts
16. Select a customer
17. Click on Email Communication
18. This will display the date communications were sent, if they were delivered, and how many times they have been viewed.
19. The same can be done for the text communication that the client has received.
Simply Click on Text Communication.
20. You can view the text communication that the client has received here.
