Client communication in DripJobs begins with a thorough overview of the automatic communication that will go out to your clients.


1. Click on Drips

2. This is where all your automated Drip messages live.

You can review and edit as well as activate and deactivate your Drips here.

3. Open up a Deal Stage to see the Drips that a customer in that stage will receive.

4. Click on a Drip to view and edit it.

7. You can activate and deactivate a Drip by using the Active toggle.

Another place that client communication can be found is in the Templates section of your Company Settings. This is the next place you want to review, edit, and dial in the messaging that your clients will receive.

11. Select the "Choose a Template" dropdown to access your communication templates.

13. Edit the content of the template that you have selected here.

18. This will display the date communications were sent, if they were delivered, and how many times they have been viewed.

Here, you can see what they were sent, when it was sent, if it was delivered successfully, and how many times the client has view the communication.

19. The same can be done for the text communication that the client has received.

Simply Click on Text Communication.

21. Open up the DripJobs Chat App

This can be downloaded via your phone's App Store. It can also be accessed on any Mac with an M1 Chip.

22. Select the magnifying glass in the top right of the app to search for clients by name.

23. Type a client name in here to search for them specifically.

24. Once a client is selected, see what messages they have received and can continue the conversation.

25. Within the app, you can send messages and even attach photos and files to keep clients up to date on their projects. Clients will be able to text you back as well.
