Track Leads (by source and appointment), Sales (by source, person, zip code, crew and product), and Closing Ratio.

1. Click on Metrics

2. The Header section will display a snapshot of your key metrics.

Sales: Total amount invoiced for the period
Closing Ratio: Accepted Proposals divided by Sent Proposals for the period
Avg. Job Size: takes an average of all invoiced Jobs for the period
Appointments Booked: On-site estimates booked in the period
Set Rate: Booked appointments divided by total leads for the period
Total Jobs Won: Total number of Projects Accepted for the Period


3. As you move down the page you will find Leads By Source...

This report will provide you with a breakdown of where your leads are coming from.

4. Leads To Appointments...

This report will show you the Appointment Set Rate by lead source. This will help monitor not just where leads are coming from, but also at what rate those leads are actually making it on to your calendar.

5. Sales By Source...

This report allows you to see a the percentage and dollar amount of work that you are receiving from each of your lead sources.

6. Closing Ratio by Salesperson...

This report allows you to not only see your company's close ratio, but also a breakdown of each salesperson's performance.

This report allows you to see a breakdown of each salesperson's contribution to the total sales of the company.

8. Sales By Zip Code...

This report allows you to analyze the locations that your jobs are coming from. You can view the breakdown "Sales By Zip Code" to aid you in determining where to concentrate marketing efforts or where you might expand your business.

This report allows you to analyze the breakdown of work performed by each of your crews.

This report allows you to see a breakdown of your sales by your different products.

11. Below each Metric section, you have the ability to quickly switch the range that the metrics are pulling from by selecting one of the letters D W M Y T.

D = Day, W = Week, M = Month, Y = Year, T = All Time.

12. You can also Export or Download the report at the bottom of each metric by selecting the desired action.

13. You can select a custom timeframe that you need metrics for by selecting the "Change Period" button at the top of the page.

14. This box will pop up allowing you to select a custom date range to pull your metrics data from.

15. You can also choose to view your metrics visually as charts by selecting the "Chart View" button at the top of the page.

17. You can utilize the quick view "DWMYT" feature as well as export or download just as before in the "List View".
