As the lead moves through the DripJobs pipelines, there is also an option to export certain data using Zapier. See this article for more information.
1. In Zapier, click Create.
2. Click on New Zap
3. Click the Trigger
4. Choose the lead generation source
We are using Facebook Lead Ads in this example, but many other sources are available via Zapier.
5. Choose New Lead as the Event
6. Click on Continue
7. Sign in to the desired account
8. Click on Continue
9. Click the Page/Source to pull information from
10. Click the Form to pull information in from
11. Click on Continue
12. Click on Test trigger
13. Choose a record to use as the Test
14. Click Continue with selected record
15. Click on Action
16. Choose DripJobs
17. Choose Create Lead
18. Click on Continue
19. Sign in to the DripJobs Account
This will require the Zapier API code from the client. They can find this by going to Company Settings --> Integrations in their DripJobs account.
20. Click on Continue
21. Add the Lead Source
π’ NOTE π’ -- You can create your own Lead Source name and it will be passed on to DripJobs automatically.
22. Fill in all of the form information from the Test Record
23. Click on Continue
24. Click on Test step
25. This will send the Test Lead into the client's DripJobs account
A Deal Card will be created in the Cold Leads stage of the Sales Pipeline. The Lead Source name will be shown on the Deal Card as well.
26. The lead will begin to receive immediate Drips.
Your client can edit these automatic follow-ups under the Drips section of DripJobs.
