How to Schedule an Appointment that is not an On-Site Estimate

1. Click on Sales Pipeline

2. At the upper right side click on "New Appt"

3. Select what type of appt you would like

If you want to create a new type of appt, follow the instructions by Clicking Here.

4. Select a Date

5. Select a Time

Select a Time

6. Select the Duration Time

Select the Duration Time

7. Select a contact

8. All the contact information will show up

9. Click on Save

10. You will be taken to the Appt Calendar

Note that this is a different type of appointment than On-Site Estimate -- in this example, we called it Test Appt.

You will be taken to the Appt Calendar

11. And you will be able to see the Appt you just scheduled

๐Ÿ—จ๏ธ If the person filled out the Booking Form but a different type of appointment needed to be scheduled, you can archive the appointment request...


12. Locate your Requests

13. Click on the Calendar Icon

14. Scroll down

15. Click on Archive Appointment

Click on Archive Appointment

16. The request will be gone

17. Also, all appointments you schedule that are different from On-Site Estimate will not show up in the Estimate Scheduled stage of the Sales Pipeline. You will have to start a Proposal manually.
