Learn about the different stages of activity connected with the messages that you send to your clients.

1. Click on 'Activity'

2. Enter a Client Name in the Search Bar.

3. All of Your Client Communication Will Populate With an 'Event' Label.

All of your client communication will populate with an "Event" Label

4. If the Communication is an Email, it can be 'Processed' or 'Opened'

Processed means that the email was sent successfully

Opened means that the customer opened the email

If the communication is an email, it can be "Processed" or "Opened"

5. 'Signed' Means That the Proposal is Signed.

"Signed" means that the proposal is signed.

6. 'Viewed' Means That the Proposal or Invoice has Been Viewed.

"Viewed" Means that the proposal or invoice has been viewed.

7. 'Delivered' Means That the SMS has Been Delivered.

"Delivered" means that the email or the sms has been delivered.

8. When you Click on the Title of the Communication...

9. A Page Opens up With all Event Details for That Particular Client Communication.

10. Here you can see That the Proposal is Viewed and That it was Signed.
