1. Click on Appointments…
2. Click on the request to schedule
3. Click Archive Appointment
4. You can choose to archive both the appointment and deal or only the appointment.
Note: You can also archive the Deal from the Deal Card and will have the option to archive the Appointment Request there.
5. Click on Yes, both! to archive both
6. Click on Finalize
The appointment request and Deal will both be archived under the customer's Contact information.
