Managing On-Site Estimate Communication

Please see below instructions for how to manage what communication is sent to clients after scheduling an On-Site Estimate.

🗨️ Making On-Site Estimate Communication Templates Default...

Follow the below steps to have On-Site Estimate communications default to those built out in the Templates section of Company Settings.

1. Click on 'Company Settings'

Click on Company Settings

2. Click on 'App Settings'

Click on App Settings

3. Toggle on 'On-Site Estimate Communication'

4. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save

🗨️ Editing the On-Site Estimate Communication Templates...


5. Click on 'Templates'

Click on Templates

6. Select 'Appointment Scheduled Email' From the Dropdown

You can then edit the Email if desired.

7. Select 'Appointment Scheduled SMS' From the Dropdown

You can then edit the SMS if desired.

Select Appointment Scheduled SMS from the dropdown

8. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save

🗨️ How does it work when scheduling an On-Site Estimate?


9. Click on 'Appointments'…

Click on Appointments…

10. Click on the Estimate to Schedule

Click on the Estimate to schedule

11. Choose the Communication to Send

Note that if you make it default in App Settings as shown above, they will automatically be selected for each On-Site Estimate.

Click on Schedule Appointment…

12. Click on 'Schedule'

The previously specified communication will then be sent out to the customer.

Click on Schedule

🗨️ Turning Off the Immediate Estimate Requested Drip...


If you enable the above Templates, you will want to be sure the Immediate Confirmation Drip under Estimate Requested is Inactive.

13. Click on 'Drips'

Click on Drips

14. Click on 'ESTIMATE SCHEDULED'

Click on Estimate Scheduled

15. Click on 'Appointment Information'

Click on Appointment Information…

16. Click on 'Immediate Confirmation'

Click on + Add Custom Stage…

17. Click on the 'Enabled' button

Click on Name-58090855121331713b4b3f4022b74d

18. This Will Change the Drip to 'Disabled'

Click on Enabled…

19. Click 'Save'

Click on + Add Custom Stage…

20. This Will Inactivate the 'Immediate Drip'.

Additionally, this ensures no double notification of the On-Site Estimate being scheduled. Instead of this Drip being activated, confirmation of the scheduled appointment will now use the Templates as stated above.

Click on this drip is disabled
