Logo Upload Issues with WEBP files

If you go to upload your logo and it doesn't update, it's probably because it's in WEBP file format. To change it, follow these steps.

1. Click on 'Company Settings'

2. Scroll Down

3. Select the Photo you Would Like to Upload as Logo

🗨️ If You See That the File is “photoname.webp” it Will Not Update the Logo. You Need to Convert It to .JPG or .PNG, to do so You Can Use This

4. Open the Link

5. Click on 'Select images'

Click on Select images

6. Select a File

7. Click on 'Convert to JPG'

Click on Convert to JPG

8. Click on 'Download converted images'

Click on Download converted images

Go Back to DripJobs

9. Select the Picture you Just Download

Select a picture you just download

10. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save
