1. Click on 'Job Costing'

Click on Job Costing

2. Click on 'Settings'

Click on - Settings

3. Toggle 'Enable' ON

When enabled, overtime rates are calculated when an employee exceeds 40 hours in a given 7 day pay period.

NOTE: Changes to overtime settings will only impact labor costing data from the point of change forward. Existing data will not be recalculated based on new settings configuration.

Toggle Enable ON

4. If Required, Enable a Daily Overtime Threshold. Then, Click ‘Save'

When enabled, the overtime threshold for an employee's daily shift can be set to meet your state's requirements. In this example, we've set our daily threshold to 8.00 hours, meaning any time worked over 8 hours in a given day will result in OT.

If required, enable a Daily Overtime Threshold. Then, click Save
