1. Click on Job Costing New!
2. Click on Miscs. Costs
3. Look for the Misc Name you would like to Inactive
4. Click on this icon
5. Turn this option off
6. Click on Save
7. It will take you back to the home page, and you will see the Misc is not there anymore
If you want to know how the inactive ones are shown
8. Click on Show Inactive
