How to Filter Your Data in Time Sheets

You will learn how to apply the filters in the Time Sheets tab

1. Click on Job Costing

Click on Job Costing New!

2. Click on Time Sheets

Click on - Time Sheets

3. Here you will see the three entries we can use to filter

Click on  Time Sheet Entries

4. You can filter by name

Click on Search

5. You can filter by date

Click on Created On…

6. You can filter by status

The status can be approved, pending, rejected and no-rate

Click on Status…

7. Finally this is an example of how you search using the three sections at the same time.

We have used a name (Daniel), specific date (4/3/2024) and status (Rejected)

Click on  Time Sheet Entries…
