Whenever you approve an employee's time, it will automatically be placed in the Labor part of the Job Details.

1. Click on Job Costing

2. Click on Time Sheets

Click on Time Sheets

3. Look for the employee's time you need to approve

4. Click on the Checkmark

5. Click on Actions

6. Click on Approve Selected

7. Click on Edit Mapping

8. Assign it to the Job

9. Click on Approve
