What Happens to Employees' Approved Time?

Whenever you approve an employee's time, it will automatically be placed in the Labor part of the Job Details.

1. Click on 'Job Costing'

Click on Job Costing

2. Click on 'Time Sheets'

Click on Time Sheets

3. Look For the Employee’s Time You Need to Approve

Look for the employee's time you need to approve

4. Click the Box to Checkmark it

Click on the Checkmark

5. Click on 'Actions'

Click on Actions

6. Click on 'Approve Selected'

Click on Approve Selected

7. Click on 'Edit Mapping'

Click on Edit Mapping

8. Assign it to the Corresponding Job

Assigned to the Job

9. Click on 'Approve'

Click on Approve

This is How it Will Look on the Job Details


10. Click on 'Dashboard'

Click on Dashboard

11. Look for the Job You Assigned the Employee to

Look for the Job you assigned the employee

12. Click on the Arrow to the Right

Click on the arrow at the right

13. The Employee's Labor Will be Shown There

The employee's labor is there
