The Deal Card must be in a stage other than “Estimate Requested”, if the card is in this category, it must be scheduled in the calendar directly.
1. Click on Sales Pipeline
2. Now you are on the Sales Pipeline overview and you need to identify the Deal Card you'd like to schedule
3. Once you identify it, click on the Purple Name so you will see a list of Quick Actions
4. Click on New Appointment over the Quick Actions list
5. Select the type of Appointment you'd like to schedule
6. Now you will be asked to add the appointment details
Make sure to add color, date, time, duration, contact information and appointment address.
