Adding Multiple Crew Members on One Job

In this article we will review how to add multiple crews to your settings as well as when scheduling a job.

We do not have a way to assign several crews to the same time but we have an alternative option shown below

1. Click on 'Settings'

Click on Settings on the bottom left side of the page.

2. Click on 'Crews'

Next Click on Crews.

3. Click on 'Add Crew' at the top Right Corner

You could also edit an existing crew by clicking on the pencil icon.

Click on Add Crew.

4. Type in Each Crew Members Name you Would Like to Group Together

Type in the crew names you would like to group together.

5. Click on 'Save'

Click on save when finished with each.

6. Go Back to 'Job Schedule'

Go back to Job Schedule.

7. Select the Job you Would Like to Schedule.

Select the job you would like to schedule.

8. Click on 'Select a crew'

Click on Select a crew.

9. Choose the Crew Combination you Would Like to Have Assigned to this Job

Choose the crew combination you would like to have on this job.

10. Scroll Down and Click 'Schedule'

When finished select schedule.

Now You'll Have all Those Crew Members Assigned to That one Job!
