1. Find the desired customer's Deal Card
2. To void/delete the Invoice first, select the Invoice number
3. At the lower right, select 'Void Invoice'
Note: Invoices can only be voided after deletion of all payment history.
4. Add an applicable note
5. And click on Save
6. You'll now see 'Voided' status at the top of the Invoice!
7. Once voided, you now have the ability to fully delete the Invoice, by selecting 'Delete Invoice' at the lower right of the page
Note: Once an Invoice is deleted, there is no way to recover it.
8. You'll see that Invoice has been successfully deleted!
9. To archive a Deal Card before permanent deletion, select the 3 dots at the upper right corner
10. Click on Archive
11. And that Deal Card disappears from view within the Pipeline.
Note: all associated information still exists within the client's contact, even after Archiving the Deal Card.
12. To fully delete the Deal after Archiving, find the desired client's contact in the Contact tab
13. Select their name
14. And click on Deals
15. Select the Deal Number
16. At the bottom of the page, you'll have the option to re-open the Deal if you so choose
17. To permanently delete, select 'Delete Deal'
18. Click on Yes
19. Finally, if the job had already been scheduled, ensure that it is fully deleted from the Job Schedule, by heading to Job Schedule
20. Find and select the job
21. And click on Delete
