What Information Can be Modified From App Settings?

If you want to add a new Customer Type, Payment Method, or Lead Source for your customers to choose from in the Booking form, read this

1. Click on 'Company Settings'

Click on  Company Settings


2. Click on 'App Settings'

Click on App Settings

Customer Types


3. Type Example: 'Residential'

Type "Residential"

4. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save

5. To see the Changes Made, Click on 'Contacts'

Click on Contacts

6. Click on the Customer's Name

Click on Alexis Test

7. Click on 'Select a type...'

Click on Select a type...

8. Now the Option For 'Residential' Will be Found in the Dropdown Menu

Click on Residential

Payment Methods


1. Type Example: 'Cash'

Type "Cash"

2. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save

3. To see the Changes Made, Click on Jobs Pipeline

Click on Jobs Pipeline

4. Click on the Invoice...

Click on  #127813 (Partially Paid)…

5. Click on 'Mark as Paid'

Click on Mark as Paid

6. Now Method 'Cash' is Shown in the Dropdown Menu

Select Cash from Method

Lead Sources


1. Type Example: 'Mail'

Type "Mail"

2. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save

3. To See the Changes Made, Go to Your Booking Form.

Now under the 'How Did You Hear About Us?' section you will be able to see the option for 'Mail' in the dropdown menu


Select Mail from How did you hear about us?
