This article will give you an overview of your Production Rates Settings

1. Click on Production Rates

Click on Production Rates

2. Click on Hourly Cost Rate

This number represents the total average hourly cost, including burden, of one painter, per hour.

Click on Hourly Cost Rate ($)

3. Click on Hourly Sell Rate

This number represents the hourly rate you will charge your customers for one painter, per hour.

Click on Hourly Sell Rate ($)

4. Click on Product Markup

This percentage represents how much markup you want added to each proposal for each gallon of paint.

Click on Product Markup %

5. Then you will have the Portal Settings Option

Click on Hourly Cost Rate ($)…

Here you need to know that you can personalize the information you want to show about your Estimates in your Proposals. It depends on your preferences and also on the type of clients you have. There will be clients that want to have an estimate explaining everything in detail and there will be clients that just want the price and the item. The Portal Settings allow you to play with the information shown in your Estimates and we will show you to examples of how your estimate can look based on the options you want to hide.
