2. We’ve Also Added...
7.) Proposal Signed Date column (Note: This lets you know when a proposal became a job.)
8.) Job Scheduled Date (Note: This is the date of the 1st job event scheduled for this project.)
3. Search by Keyword (Existing Functionality)
In this example, we search for jobs with the keyword "Gomez" and the system returns only those jobs with that name associated.
4. Filter by Job Status
In this example, we filter by "Accepted" and the system returns only those jobs in the "Accepted" status.
5. Filter by Deal Stage
In this example, we filter by "Project Scheduled" and the system returns only those jobs that are currently in the project scheduled stage of the jobs pipeline.
6. Lastly, We’ve Added the Ability to Export the Jobs List to a CSV File
Note: If you have set filters, the export feature will export the list as you have filtered it. If you would like to export your entire list, clear your filters so that you are seeing ALL jobs in ALL status. If you have any questions about exporting the Jobs List, please click here.
