How to Submit Additional Change Requests

The following will outline how a customer or client can submit additional change requests to their proposal.

There Are Two Ways to Request a New Change in the Proposal.


1. In the Proposal...

First, Begin in the Customer Proposal View

Option 1


2. Click on 'Actions'

Click on 'Actions'

3. Click on 'Request Additional Changes'

From the Action Box, Click on 'Request Additional Changes'

4. In the Text Box, Any Additional Change Requests Can Be Submitted

5. Click on ‘Send Change Request’ When the Request Is Ready to Be Sent.

Then, Click on ‘Send Change Request’ When the Request Is Ready to Be Sent

Option 2


1. Click on 'See Your Change Requests'


To See the Previous Change Requests, Click on 'See Your Change Requests'

2. Clicking 'Create Additional Change Request'

In This Box, You Can Also Request Changes by Clicking ‘Create Additional Change Request'

3. Type the Change Request in the Text Box

To Request a Change Here, Type the Change Request in the Text Box

4. Once It Is Ready, Click on 'Send Additional Change Request'

Once It Is Ready, Click on 'Send Additional Change Request'

5. Anytime a Change Request Is Submitted, the Highlighted Notification Will Appear

Furthermore, the proposal builder or business owner will be notified that a change request was submitted in their email and DripJobs.
