How Can a Customer Request a Change?

The following will explain the step-by-step process for a customer to request a change to their proposal.

Important Note: For your customer to be able to request a change to their proposal, it must have been sent

As shown below, if the proposal hasn't been sent, the new 'Request Change' feature will not be displayed in the customer's view of the proposal at the top next to 'Approve and Pay Deposit.'

Click on Approve and Pay Deposit

How a Customer Can Request a Change:


1. This will be found in the top of the Proposal

First, Begin in the Customer Proposal

2. Click on 'Request Changes' at the top

To Request a Change, Click on ‘Request Changes' at the top

3. Here, the Client/Customer Can Enter Their Desired Proposal Changes

4. Click on 'Send Change Request'

To Submit This Change, Click on ‘Send Change Request'

5. Now, There Is a Change Request Note at the Top of the Proposal

As soon as a client or customer submits a change request, you will receive an email notification and a notification in the DripJobs software.
