How to Enable the Rejection Option in Proposals

The following will outline how the rejection option can be enabled inside the proposal settings.

Important Note: In order to enable the rejection option and the change request option in a proposal, the proposal must NOT have been sent.


1. First, Begin in the 'Sales Pipeline'

2. Find the Deal Card

Next, Navigate to Your Stage and Deal Card

3. Click on the Proposal #

Click on the Proposal in the Deal Card

4. Scroll Down to the Bottom

Once in the Proposal, Scroll Down to the Bottom

5. Enable the 'Allow Customer to Reject' Button by Clicking the Toggle Button

Once it is purple, it indicates that the option is active, and a notification in blue will appear at the top.
